Junior Beauty Therapist / Therapist Trainee

Skin & Beam is part of Korea's largest medical aesthetics group MUSE Clinic. Our Junior Therapist / Trainee programme is built for people with real work experience who want to start a career in medical aesthetics: former cabin crew, hotel and retail staff, customer service professionals and beauty graduates. We provide full paid training; you bring the attitude.

What you will learn

• Skin theory, hygiene standards and treatment room preparation
• Foundational beauty treatments: facial care, cleansing, skin infusion, masks
• Assisting senior therapists and doctors, then progressively operating beauty devices
• Our division-of-labour workflow — how a team delivers one treatment together

Career path

• Trainee → Junior Therapist → Beauty Therapist → Senior Therapist, with clear assessment criteria at each step
• Promotion is based on competence and performance, not seniority

Requirements

• At least 1 year of work experience in any customer-facing role (airline, hospitality, retail, F&B, clinic reception, customer service…)
• Willingness to learn and a genuine interest in beauty and skincare
• Fluent Cantonese; Mandarin and basic English an advantage
• Right to work in Hong Kong

Preferred

• Beauty-related certificates or courses (ITEC, CIBTAC or similar)
• Experience handling customers or complaints
